personalized note amazing chocolates fresh pastries red ballroom

i was greeted with such warmth, a personalized welcome note awaited me. the team remembered it was my anniversary and gifted us amazing chocolates. the breakfast spread included fresh pastries, i adored the red ballroom.

The elevator sometimes took a bit of time to arrive. It was a very small inconvenience though.

This spot is near many beautiful boutiques. i enjoyed the secure and calm area. It made evening strolls so safe. restaurants are very close and offer quiet romantic meals.

great variety comfy bed

the location provided convenient access to nearby shopping areas I found the breakfast to offer great variety and the staff were helpful each morning. The room was spacious I noticed it included a large bathroom with upscale amenities. I found the bed very comfy and the room was quiet. I was impressed with the quietness of the entire hotel

i found that the room showed minor signs of aging in the furnishings

spacious hotel friendly service easy access old carpet hall noise night music

the room was spacious and well appointed. the location had easy access to attractions. service was prompt and friendly.

the room was far from the lobby, and halls felt musty. the old carpet also felt old. i could hear bass from a nearby club all night.

mixed feelings about the stay.

unsupportive pillows old tv

I was a bit let down by a couple of things. the pillows in the room didn't offer any support at all. i asked for more, but never got them and ended up using a hard chair pillow. also the tv was a pain, the remote lagged badly and the tv itself seemed old. We gave up trying to use it after the first night.

the room provided much space with convenient amenities. the bathroom included a large soaking tub with a separate shower. breakfast displayed many options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked-to-order items. i needed assistance from the concierge for directions and they gave quick, accurate advice.

the elevators seemed slightly slow at peak times.

the fitness center contained modern equipment. guests find several treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines, great for varied workout routines. the equipment received regular maintenance and was clean.
